Who is the WOBA Board Readiness Programme for?

Step into a transformative journey that goes beyond traditional executive courses. Over five dynamic days – featuring a blend of in-person and online coaching sessions, networking events, and specialized courses – you’ll unlock the skills, insights, and networks essential for leadership at the highest level, while addressing challenges many women face in their professional lives.

If you are high-performing mid-level women managers, (with a minimum of 5-7 years of work experience) aspiring to advance to leadership roles within your organizations, we are the perfect match! The program is also valuable for experienced women leaders, including current board members and C-level executives.

Our curriculum is structured across three distinct phases to ensure holistic development

  • On-site and online sessions (5 days: 2 in-person and 3 online).

The WOBA Board Readiness Programme is meticulously crafted to address every aspect of board readiness. Spanning five days, the Programme includes three in-person learning sessions, three mandatory online sessions, and one optional session.

    • Online Modules:
    • Participate in virtual learning on 27th February, 6th March, 13th March, and an optional session on 20th March 2025.
